We pay $6.00 per booking completed online.

AirfarePlanet.com will pay the Affiliate for verified completed bookings made based on a unique link from the Affiliate website.

Commissions are paid in the month immediately following that in which that booking was made, and no later than the 30th of the month, in United States (US) dollars. The minimum check will be $50.00. We can only mail checks to a USA or Canada address. Any late cancelations or charge-backs will be deducted from the affiliates future commissions.

Affiliate agrees that it will not use Company information obtained from the AirfarePlanet.com website for chain letters, junk mail, "spamming", solicitations (commercial or non-commercial) or bulk communications of any kind including but not limited to distribution lists to any person who has not given specific permission to be included in such a list. Not withstanding the foregoing, the Affiliate may market products and services to its customers who have purchased travel through the AirfarePlanet.com web site, via e-mail, provided however, the customer has the ability to unsubscribe to such solicitations and cease to be a recipient of such e-mails. If Affiliate is in violation of this Section, Company reserves the right to immediately terminate this Agreement without notice.

Customers who book and purchase travel from the affiliate website through AirfarePlanet.com technology shall be considered customers of AirfarePlanet.com. Affiliate shall not mail, distribute, phone, email or otherwise contact customers who book and purchase travel from the affiliate website through AirfarePlanet.com technology.

Neither party shall create, publish, distribute, or permit any written material which makes reference to the other party without first submitting to the other party such material and receiving prior written consent from the non-submitting party. This shall not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed. Neither party will make announcements or statements to the public or any third party concerning the relationship between the parties or the transaction described in this agreement without the prior written consent from the other party. This shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.

This agreement shall be in effect the date it is approved by and AirfarePlanet.com and shall remain until the agreement is terminated by either party as set forth. Either party has the option to terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.

Each party owns and retains all rights, title and interest in its names, logos, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, patents, proprietary features, and proprietary technology. Neither party shall copy, distribute, reproduce, or use the above proprietary items except as expressly permitted under this agreement.

This agreement sets forth the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any and all oral or written agreements or understandings between the parties as to the subject matter of this agreement. This agreement may be modified only in a written agreement signed by both parties.

Affiliate and AirfarePlanet.com agree that Affiliate is an independent contractor for all purposes, and Affiliate will be responsible for his own withholding taxes, F.I.C.A., workman's compensation and all other matters related to work.

In no event shall either party be liable for any claim, loss or damages caused by (or alleged to be caused by) information supplied by the other party. Each party makes no warranty (expressed or implied) as to the quality, completeness or fitness for any purpose of any information it supplies. The Affiliate shall indemnify and hold AirfarePlanet.com harmless from and against all claims, costs, liabilities, judgments, expenses or damages (including reasonable attorney fees) in connection with any cause of action brought against AirfarePlanet.com by any third party arising out of or relating to the Affiliate's content on its web site, the co-branded pages, any and all information produced by the Affiliate, and any and all online commerce activities. Similarly, AirfarePlanet.com shall indemnify and hold the Affiliate harmless from and against all claims, costs, liabilities, judgments, expenses or damages (including reasonable attorney fees) in connection with any cause of action brought against the Affiliate by any third party arising out of or relating to AirfarePlanet.com's content on the co-branded pages and online commerce activities.

Governing Law. This Agreement will be governed and construed, to the extent applicable, in accordance with United States law, and otherwise, in accordance with Oregon law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Except for requests for injunctive relief, any dispute or claim arising out of or related in any way, whether in contract or in tort, to this Agreement shall be finally settled by binding arbitration in Portland , Oregon under the Commercial Rules of the American Arbitration Association by one arbitrator appointed in accordance with said rules. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof

Assignability. This agreement shall not be assignable, except by operation of law, by either party without the prior written consent of the other party, and any purported assignment by either party without the prior written consent of the other party shall be void.
